Cheryl Day spent twenty years as a successful head teacher in East London, leading her school from ‘Satisfactory’ to Outstanding. In 2010, Cheryl was awarded an honorary doctorate for services to education. Between 2011 and 2016, Cheryl held the role of National Leader in Education supporting, mentoring and coaching other school leaders and head teachers on their leadership journeys. Cheryl also acted as a Consultant Leader for the London Leadership Strategy, where she supported secondary schools within London and beyond.
Cheryl is trained in both the GROW and 5-Step coaching models and is an accredited ILM Executive Coach and Team Coach. Cheryl is also a licensed MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) facilitator. Cheryl has extensive experience in coaching new and aspiring senior and middle leaders, and will support you to be the best you can be.
Cheryl has also worked as an independent Leadership Coach for a number of national organisations.
