Two weeks before the retreat, you will receive your Elevation Reflection Pack, designed to help you slow down, step back and begin considering the questions that rarely receive enough attention in everyday life.

This opening session helps you recognise how far you have come, what has changed, what no longer fits, and what your future is asking of you.
Session Two: Power, Presence and Permission
Many women have learned how to achieve. Fewer have learned how to trust themselves.
In this session, you will explore the foundations of sustainable confidence and how to lead from identity rather than performance.
Session Three: What Do You Owe Her?
The future version of you deserves more than good intentions.
This session helps you identify what you may be withholding from your future self and what needs to change if you are serious about becoming the woman you know you can be.
Session Four: Your Elevation Blueprint
Insight without action changes very little.
You will create your personal Elevation Blueprint, identifying practical actions that support your growth, confidence, wellbeing, visibility and leadership over the next 90 days.
